Orders and products

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract to place an order. Please provide accurate order details and review them before paying. The order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request. We accept an order when we send a dispatch confirmation or another email expressly confirming acceptance. Payment authorisation alone does not confirm acceptance. If we cannot accept your order, we will tell you and return any payment collected.

Product pages describe the goods, including relevant measurements and materials. Screen settings may affect colour appearance, but goods must still match their description. We do not use this statement to excuse materially different goods. If we identify a significant pricing or description error before acceptance, we will explain it and give you the choice of proceeding on corrected terms or cancelling. We will not impose an additional charge without your agreement.

Price, delivery and cancellation

Prices and checkout totals are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Applicable taxes, delivery charges and any disclosed import arrangements are explained before purchase. The Shipping Policy sets out delivery arrangements. The Returns and Refunds Policy explains cancellation and remedies for faulty goods. These policies form part of the information relevant to your order.

Goods remain our responsibility until they come into your physical possession, or that of a person you identify to receive them, subject to any applicable statutory exception where you independently commission a carrier we did not offer.

Use of the website and responsibility

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security or submit unlawful content. We may restrict abusive or unlawful use, without removing rights arising from a valid purchase. Site content is protected by applicable intellectual property rights; personal browsing does not grant permission for commercial reuse.

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill. Goods are sold under these terms for personal consumer use. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your mandatory consumer rights.

Complaints, law and changes

Please send complaints to our support email with your order details and the outcome you seek. These terms are governed by English law, while preserving mandatory protections applicable where you live. Consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland retain their applicable local protections and access to the courts available under the law. These terms do not require UK consumers to bring proceedings solely in California or waive statutory remedies.

Changes apply to future orders; the terms agreed for an existing order continue to apply to it. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply where lawful.
